About

My name is Randy and I have been working with adhesives for as long as I can remember. It started with model making as a young child, then laminating skateboards as a teenager, and now I work on boats and troll forums offering sarcastic advice about glue and other adhesives. Over this time I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience and enjoy helping people who are unsure.

The idea to create this website came while answering the same question for the 4th time and I decided it would just be quicker to answer everyone’s questions just once. The idea is that I or you can then direct people to the answer without me having to type it out every time.

I have tried just about every type of glue there is from crafting and DIY glue to automotive and construction glue that can literally stick a freezer to a wall. I hope to do some fun experiments with glue in the future and even start a Youtube channel but for now, I am just answering questions about glue.

I really have one simple mission here. I want to provide you with everything you need to know in order to make informed decisions about your choice of adhesive. I have access to dozens of different glue types and a home lab to test products and materials in a controlled setting and am ready to get sticky.
